The long hem is designed to gather at the feet, and is cut longer in the front and shorter in the back to prevent the hem from dragging. The clean waist and wide hem create a silhouette that can be worn both neatly and loosely.

Regarding handling when you are not at home If you are not at home, the delivery company will send you a notice of absence. Please arrange the desired delivery date during the delivery period and collect the product. If you are unable to contact the contact information listed on the notice of absence or if the address is incorrect, the product will be automatically returned to us. Returned products will be handled at our discretion.

Exchange and return policy
Regarding exchanges and returns, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.
If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if we find that the delivered product is defective, we will exchange or refund the product.
Please contact us at info@yuki-hashimoto.com within 7 days of receiving the product, stating your name, order number and other details. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
