Regarding handling when you are not at home If you are not at home, the delivery company will send you a notice of absence. Exchange and return policy

Regarding exchanges and returns, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.

If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if we find that the delivered product is defective, we will exchange or refund the product.
